John Trodden - Managing Director

John splits his time between managing JTS Civil Engineers and dealing with complex domestic work in conjunction with all our commercial customers.

"We are extremely proud of the reputation we have built over the last 20 years. We pride ourselves of being the "can do" contractor that our customers can rely upon for any situation. All our engineers are WIAPS approved. Our teams are all equipped to ensure that no matter what service you require we can provide a solution."

James Trodden - Director

James is responsible for all private and customer side leakage referrals received from water authorities and for our relationships with insurers and other contractors. He has implemented a number of processes, in conjunction with insurers, to facilitate the presentation of claims.

"We are very aware of the financial impact a leak can have and have developed our service to help customers and prevent the damage that a leak can cause."

Ryan Kemp - Office Administrator

Ryan is the newest member of the office staff having previously worked on-site. Ryan's practical knowledge ensures that everything runs smoothly and enables us to deliver a consistently high level of service.

I am often the first point of contact for customers and liaise with our engineers and surveyors to ensure each customer's requests are carried out efficiently and with a minimum of difficulty."

Andrew Jerrard - Contracts and Legal Manager

Andrew manages all legal matters for the company. Andrew's work for customers includes assisting customers with insurance claims when they become complex.

"Insurance claims can quickly become complex and acrimonious. I try to ensure that the customer is treated fairly by the insurer."

David Harvey - Office Manager

David has over 20 years' experience working for local water authorities and oversees all administration work within the office. David is also a qualified plumber and his practical knowledge ensures that everything runs smoothly, enabling us to deliver a consistently high level of service.

David Gough - Operations Manager

David joined from Cunningham Lindsey Loss Adjusters and has been responsible for building relationships with insurers and their contractor networks. David has also implemented a number of new processes to enable JTS to continue to outperform our competitors on service and price.
